Paul is an experienced facilitator in developing senior executive teams and an executive coach to CEOs & senior leaders. He has worked closely with the CEOs and Executive Teams of several client organizations across different industries and cultures to measurably improve clients’ business growth, customer-centricity & strengthen their leadership culture.

Before founding Field Top Teams in 2015, Paul worked for 15 years as director with Korn Ferry Hay Group, 7 years in Europe and 8 years in Brazil.

As an executive, Paul worked for 5 years as the European head of leadership development for GE Capital & 8 years with Alcatel in different HR positions including leader of corporate leadership development for the Group’s 500 global leaders.
 
Paul graduated from Trinity College Dublin, where he completed an Honours BA in French & Russian and received a scholarship to the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. He studied business at INSEAD & London Business School and completed an MSc in Organizational Behavior.

 

Paul is a certified executive assessor & executive coach by Hay Group’s McClelland Center in Boston, a certified Meditation instructor from the Chopra Center in the US as well as a certified cultural transformation facilitator with Richard Barrett's Value Centre. Paul is a group facilitator certified in agile management by Scrum Alliance.

He is bilingual in English and French and speaks fluent Brazilian Portuguese & Spanish.

Paul is a 1 handicap amateur golfer and the 2019 Latin American senior golf champion.

Caroline helps visionary, courageous and conscious leaders transform the future of work. She is an organizational consultant & executive coach experienced in culture transformation, leadership development for executive teams & agile HR.

 

Her consulting style combines technical depth with practical and actionable recommendations.

She lectures in Leadership and Organizational Behavior on several FGV MBA programs.

She became a partner of Field Top Teams in 2016. Before that, she was a director and executive coach with Korn Ferry Hay Group for 9 years. Previously, Caroline worked for 5 years as a consultant for the United Nations/ UN at the International Telecommunications Union/ ITU, delivering change management projects focused on Human Capital in Latin America & Europe. She also worked for 5 years as an organizational consultant at Brasil Telecom/ Oi. 

 
Caroline has two Bachelor degrees (Law & Business Administration) and a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior. She is certified in Top Teams by McClelland Center Hay Group, in Executive Coaching by Columbia University in New York, in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre, in Change Management by MIT/ Sloan and in Meditation by Dr Deepak Chopra. She is an experienced group facilitator certified in agile methodologies by Scrum Alliance.
